The Woopi Connect service area is divided into two zones:
- Zone 1 operates around Woolgoolga, Emerald Beach, Sandy Beach, Safety Beach and Mullaway.
- Zone 2 operates around Arrawarra Headland, Arrawarra, Corindi Beach and Red Rock.
